I may have posted this scene before but in different light and with a different camera. This is the best version I've made so far. And maybe ever. There are now always cars parked here when I pass by.

7-11 in Gyoam Village, Fujifilm X-T4

I normally sit at a picnic table when I stop at this convenience store during my walks. But it was cold on this day in February so I sat at one of the window seats inside.

This photograph turned out reasonably well, but the camera gave me trouble the whole morning. It crashed once or twice and didn't focus correctly most of the time. I think Fujifilm should have stuck to film.

This fellow watched me and my camera for a while and then lost interest. Or perhaps he was thoughtfully looking off into the distance, like so many people do in portraits.

I'm a bit on the fence about this photograph, but my wife saw the 4x6 print this evening and said she liked it. So I guess it's a keeper.

My favourite part of the picture is the two little plants in the bottom left corner.
